Terms of Service

These terms cover buying and using SupaMotion. The licence in the repo, LICENSE.md, is part of these terms and has the full usage rules.

In short

  • SupaMotion is a digital product, paid once at the price shown when you buy. No subscription.
  • You get access to a private GitHub repo, which you clone to your Mac. The access link is emailed to you automatically after payment.
  • Dodo Payments sells it to you as our reseller and Merchant of Record, and handles payment, tax and invoices.
  • One person, or one company for its own employees, may use it. You may not share or resell it.
  • The films you make are yours.

1. Who we are

SupaMotion is made and sold by Kshetez Vinayak, based in India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at .

2. What you are buying

SupaMotion is a kit of skills, guides, tools and templates that makes narrated product launch films on your own Mac, run by Claude Code or Codex. You pay once, in US dollars, the price shown on the site and at checkout when you buy. The price rises in steps as sales come in; a later rise does not change what you paid. There is no subscription and no renewal.

Your purchase includes access to a private GitHub repository with the kit, which you clone to your own Mac. You run the agent yourself. We do not make a film for you as part of this purchase.

3. Who processes your payment

Dodo Payments sells SupaMotion to you as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments runs the checkout, takes the payment, works out and collects sales tax (such as VAT or GST), and issues your invoice and receipt. Dodo Payments appears on your card statement, and it also handles first questions about billing and refunds.

Prices on this site are in US dollars. Checkout shows any sales tax before you pay, and may show the price in your local currency. The details you enter at checkout are covered by Dodo Payments' privacy policy.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automatic. Right after payment, Dodo Payments emails you at the address you used at checkout. The email lists GitHub access, marked "Action Required", with a link to the Customer Portal.

To get repo access, open the Customer Portal, connect your GitHub account, then accept the invitation GitHub sends you. You can clone the repo only after you accept it. Updates are published to the repo.

5. What you need, and pay for separately

The agent runs on a Mac with Homebrew, using Claude Code or Codex with Opus 5.5. You also need a voice source: Higgsfield, ElevenLabs Starter or above, or your own recording. These are not included. You pay for your AI plan and your voice plan yourself, under their providers' terms. Please check you have them, or are happy to get them, before you buy.

6. Your licence

The full licence is LICENSE.md in the repo. In short, you may:

  • use the kit as one person, or as one company for its own employees, on any number of your own machines
  • make films for your own products and for clients, and charge for those films
  • keep the films you make: they belong to you (or your client), subject to the terms of any voice, music, font or image source you put into them
  • change the kit for your own use, including your own methods, guides and tools.

You may not:

  • share, publish, resell, sublicense or give away the kit or a substantial part of it, changed or not. This includes public or shared repositories, file-sharing sites, and "templates" or "kits" built from it.
  • use the kit, or its guides and methods, to build a competing product, course or tool for sale
  • remove the licence or the third-party licence files.

If this summary and LICENSE.md differ, LICENSE.md applies.

7. Third-party parts and services

Some files in the kit are made by others and keep their own licences, listed in the repo's assets/LICENSES.md. Tools the setup script installs, such as Playwright, FFmpeg and faster-whisper, come under their own licences and are not part of the kit.

Voice, music, AI and image services you use with the kit have their own terms, including limits on commercial use. You are responsible for following them. VOICE.md and MUSIC.md in the repo explain the options.

8. Updates and access

Your purchase includes access to the private repo while that access remains active, including updates published there. Run git pull in your copy to get them. If your payment is refunded or reversed, your access ends.

9. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or reversed, your repo access is removed and you must delete your clone and any other copies of the kit. Films you already made stay yours.

10. Support

Support is limited and given through GitHub Issues in the private repo, for setup problems and bugs. A response is not guaranteed. For payment or access questions, email .

11. Your films and what you put in them

You are responsible for what you put into your films, such as product screenshots, names, logos, scripts, voice takes and music, and for where you publish them.

12. No warranty and limit of liability

The kit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It depends on third-party tools and services that can change. We are not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the kit or its use, beyond the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

13. The made-for-you film

This site also offers a film made by us, at the price shown on the site. That is a separate service. It is not sold or paid through Dodo Payments and these terms do not cover it. Its scope, timeline, price and payment are agreed directly with us before you pay.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
