Refund Policy

1. How to ask for a refund

Email admin@kshetezvinayak.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• the email address you used at checkout
• your payment ID, or the receipt from Dodo Payments' email
• what went wrong. If setup failed, include the step that failed and the end of .verify/verify.log; we may be able to fix it.

2. How we decide

The agent is delivered as a private repo that you clone to your own Mac, so a refund cannot take back the files. That is why we review each request case by case instead of refunding automatically. We reply by email.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. Dodo Payments emails you a receipt when the refund goes through. How long the money takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.

4. What happens after a refund

• Your access to the private GitHub repo is removed, and any invitation you have not accepted yet is cancelled.
• Under the licence (LICENSE.md), you must delete your copies of the kit, including your clone of the repo.
• Films you already made with it stay yours.

If a payment is reversed through your bank, your access also ends and you must delete your copies in the same way.

5. Cancellation

SupaMotion is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.

6. Before you dispute a charge

If something is wrong, please email us before you dispute the charge with your bank, so we can try to fix it.

7. The made-for-you film

A film made by us is a separate service. It is not sold or paid through Dodo Payments and this policy does not cover it. Refunds for it are part of what we agree with you before you pay.

8. Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
